Civil Engineering & Land Development — Colorado & Beyond
What We Do
Vantage provides end-to-end civil engineering and land development services — from initial site feasibility through final permitted construction documents — across a wide range of development types and jurisdictions throughout Colorado and the Mountain West.
Master planned communities, subdivision plats, grading design, utility layout, public roadway improvements, drainage studies, and GESC plan sets for approval through local municipalities and county jurisdictions.
Site design for apartment communities and condominium complexes — including parking configuration, onsite utilities, water quality and detention infrastructure, and coordination of dry utilities across multi-building footprints.
Site planning and construction document production for commercial infill, flex-industrial buildings, and master-planned business parks. Includes public roadway frontage improvements, utility coordination, and phased approval packages.
Civil design support for energy infrastructure facilities, including grading, stormwater management, access road design, and utility coordination — with experience in mid-continent and western U.S. jurisdictions.
Design of public improvement plans for roadway extensions, intersection upgrades, waterline and sewer mains, drainage channel improvements, and FRICO ditch crossings and rerouting in compliance with governing jurisdiction standards.
As an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot, Vantage offers aerial photogrammetry and site documentation services using drone technology — capturing high-resolution imagery, topographic data, and volumetric surveys to support site design and client deliverables.
